Year 1994
On November 8, the sino-foreign joint venture Dezhou Yatai Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., which covers an area of 29.9 mu, was established in Xichang Village, Changzhuang Town.
On December 1, we won the bid for ventilation engineering of No.4 Cotton Mill in Handan City .
Year 1995
In March, the first microcomputer “Lenovo 486” was used to manage contracts. The microcomputer-aided business management was put into practice.
In July, Dezhou Yatai FRP Equipment Co., Ltd. and Dezhou Yatai Environmental Protection Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered and built.
On September 10, the first sodality of business managers was held in Lubei Hotel, which became the initial mode of the group's business managers' activities.
In December, it was selected as a member of "China FRP Industry Association".
Year 1996
In March, it was selected as a member of "China Refrigeration Association".
In April, Chairman Yang dongtang was first elected as the outstanding private entrepreneur in Decheng district, Dezhou city.
In August, we invited professional staff to compile the management program application software authorized by legal person, which was applied in enterprise management for the first time. Locally Yatai became one of the earliest enterprises using microcomputer management.
Year 1997
On March 13, the expansion of the second phase of the plant started, with two mixed-structure workshops covering an area of 2,160 square meters. The factory was expanded to 49.96 mu.
On July 1, Dezhou Yatai Group Co., Ltd. was established.
On December 16, the first fan coil came off the production line. Yatai Group started to manufacture central air conditioning terminal equipment.
Year 1998
In April, Yatai took the lead in the same trade to be accredited by the “ ISO9002 quality management system”.
On July 16, Yatai was selected as a member of "China Refrigeration Industry Association".
On September 22, approved by the Party Working Committee of Tianqu Industrial Park, Decheng district, Yatai Party branch was established.
On September 28, the first combined air conditioning unit was successfully trial-produced.
Year 1999
On March 25, the factory was expanded for the third time, building an FRP winding workshop and air conditioner workshop with a total area of 15,694 square meters. The factory covered an area of 122.4 mu.
On April 19, the then-Secretary of Shandong Provincial Committee of the CPC Central Committee, former member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, inspected Yatai Group.
On May 10, the first exhaust fan was successfully trial-produced.
On August 11, the vice Secretary of Shandong Provincial Committee of the CPC Central Committee, Governor Li Chunting inspected Yatai Group.
On August 18, FRP sand pipe passed the evaluation of new product by Shandong science and technology commission.
On October 8, the first edition of the Compilation of Enterprise Rules and Regulations was edited and officially promulgated.
Year 2000
In March, the then-vice governor of Shandong Province, secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of CPC Chen Jianguo inspected Yatai.
In April, FRP sand pipe was awarded the "Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Shandong Province" honorary title.
In November, the first branch outside of Dezhou-- "Dezhou Yatai Group Beijing office" was established.
Year 2001
In March, Market news sponsored by People's Daily listed products produced by Yatai into the "Special recommendation about China central air conditioning best-selling products in Year 2001" column.
In April, the company won the bidding for CCTV central air conditioning project for the first time.
In October, Chairman of Yatai Group Mr Yang Dongtang led a delegation to BIZER Company in Germany to inspect refrigeration equipment.
In November, the first water-cooled chiller came off the production line. We started the mass production of central air conditioning units.
Year 2002
In January, Yatai became the first private enterprise to pay pension insurance for its employees. First time we paid pension insurance for 40 employees during the first half of this year, second time for 33 employees during the second half of the same year.
On April 7 to 9, Yatai took part in the China (Shanghai) International Refrigeration Expo for the first time to launch water-cooled screw chiller. Yatai was called a dark horse in the refrigeration industry.
On April 18, the ground-breaking ceremony of the new plant in Dezhou Development Zone was held. The construction of Yatai Group Yajia Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering Co., Ltd. started. The first phase of the project covered an area of 246.67mu, and the building area of the office buildings and three workshops is 46820.86 square meters.
On May 10, Yatai won the bidding for the Central Air Conditioning Project of Three Gorges Permanent Ship Lock.
On May 22, the Performance Testing Laboratory of Water-cooled Water Chillers and Air-cooled Water Chillers was approved by the national testing institution and put into use.
On July 1, approved by the high-level party organizations, Yatai general Party branch was established with six Party branches and twelve Party groups.
On July 2, U8ERP system was put into use in financial management department, supply department and warehouse to realize the computerization of finance.

On November 2, the company signed a land acquisition agreement with Dezhou economic development zone, and the second phase of Yajia Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering Co., Ltd. was granted a land acquisition area of 404.46 mu.
On December 10, the air-cooled water chiller was successfully developed.
On December 22, LSBLGZ series water-cooled chillers won the first prize of "Scientific and Technological Progress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shandong Province".
Year 2003
On January 5, Yang Dongtang, chairman of the board, was elected as the representative of the 10th Shandong Provincial People's Congress.
On January 10, the application of registration and query software for business customers was developed.
On February 8, the new plant in the development zone was officially put into use. Pan Qiusheng, secretary-general of China refrigeration Association and other five industry leaders and famous experts came to Yatai and cut the ribbon.
On April 7-9, Zhang Ping, deputy secretary-general of China Refrigeration Association, presided over Yatai press conference duringYatai’s participation in China Beijing International Refrigeration Expo.
On April 18, the first phase of foundation laying project of Shandong Huayu Vocational Training College took up an area of 1085 mu, with a building area of 306,000 square meters including offices, teaching buildings, practical training places, libraries and student apartments.
On April 25, the LSBLGZ water cooled water chiller is listed as the “national torch program project".
On May 22, zhang Gaoli, secretary of the CPC Shandong provincial committee, inspected Yatai Group for the first time.
On May 26, we held the "fight against SARS with one heart and one mind" activity, with a donation of 200,000 yuan. On February 18, Beijing office was moved to Huateng Beitang building in Chaoyang district, with a new look to meet business managers and users.
On March 24-28, the 2004 China HVAC refrigeration academic annual conference paper review meeting was held in Yatai group. Wu Yuanwei and 29 other top domestic scholars, professors and experts gathered in Dezhou and held a special meeting "Dezhou Yatai Development Forum". Signing was done after the meeting.
On March 25, Prof. Jiang Yi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, vice president of the School of Architecture in Tsinghua University, held a symposium for Yatai engineers and technicians.
On March 30, the minister of General Advice Ministry of the PLA visited Yatai Group.
On June 17, Yatai Group trade union was founded.
On June 24, Yatai central air conditioning equipment was evaluated as "stable product performance and reliable quality" by Jiuquan satellite launch center.
On July 15, Yatai trade union held its first staff congress.

Year 2005
On April 15, Yatai won the bidding for the central air conditioning project of the new CCTV site.
On May 22, our products passed the "CRAA product certification".
On June 16, Shandong branch of the Agricultural Bank of China was awarded the "AAA" credit enterprise title.
On June 19, Zhang Gaoli, secretary of Party Committee of Shandong Province ,led the provincial economic inspection delegation to visit and learn from Yatai Group.
On August 21, the air conditioning equipment performance laboratory was approved by the state and put into use.
On September 21, the LSBLG490 water-cooled chillers passed the "energy-saving product certification" smoothly.
On November 12, the Teaching Center of Huayu College was completed. Building area was increased to 387,400 square meters; It covered an area of 1565.17 mu.
On December 1, the 80,000-square-meter workshop in zone B was put into production. The 1700 meters artificial river scenic area was built which runs through Yatai, Huayu and connects the Chahe river. The factory area was expanded to 651.13 mu.
On December 8, the ultra-low temperature air-cooled heat pump unit was successfully developed which overcomes the climatic limitation of the air source heat pump operating in winter.
On December 12, new type YHF20N and YHF40N unit constant temperature and humidity unit was successfully developed.

On September 7, chairman of the Board of Directors of Yatai Group Yang Dongtang signed a contract with Dutch Apollo Company in Jinan on the establishment of a joint venture.
On September 19,Yatai Group was elected as an executive member of the council at the Fifth Member Meeting of China Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association.

On December 15, the test of "intelligent integrated temperature and humidity control" fan coil unit was successfully carried out. The first batch of new products went off line.

On April 21, the first batch of products from Afpro Eaf Equipment Co., Ltd. was sent to Rotterdam from Qingdao port.
On May 26, Yatai Group was rated as the China Patent Shandong Star Enterprise.
On May 30, Inner Mongolia office was established.

On June 30, electric control cabinet products passed through the "3C" certification.
On August 6, Yatai won the bidding for Olympic Sports Center Stadium, Peking University gymnasium and other Olympic stadium projects.
On September 1, Li Yumei, member of the standing committee of the CPC Shandong provincial committee and organization minister, inspected the party building work of Yatai.
On September 15, Yatai was rated as the "national torch program key high-tech enterprise”.
On September 25, some of the performance indicators of SRBLG510 flooded type water-source heat pump unit exceeded the national refrigeration standard, and obtained the "energy-saving product authorization" certificate issued by the national refrigeration testing center

On March 5, Liaoning office was established.
On April 20, Jiang Yikang, secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Province inspected Yatai.
On May 10th, fan coils passed the SGS test, obtained the CE certificate and qualification to enter the European market.
On May 31, Yatai Group donated money, down jackets, portable board rooms, audio equipment and so on which added up to 400 thousand yuan to the disaster stricken area Wenchuan in Sichuan province.
On June 10, the general Party branch of Yatai Group was awarded the title of "excellent grass-roots Party organization in Shandong province".
On June 30, the central air-conditioning unit was rated as "excellent new product of technological innovation in Shandong province" by Shandong Enterprise Technology Innovation Promotion Association.
On August 17, Mr. Homeyer, governor of north Holland province of the kingdom of the Netherlands, attended the opening ceremony of the second phase of Dezhou Afpro Eaf Filtering Equipment Co., Ltd.
On August 24, Beijing Olympic Games were grandly held. The ventilation equipment provided by Yatai Group performed well during the Olympic Games. The gymnasium of University of Science and Technology Beijing, one of the Olympic venues, was awarded the title of "excellent security unit".
On September 26, the Shenzhou VII manned spacecraft successfully returned. Reliable ventilation equipment for the Jiuquan satellite launch center was awarded the certificate of "trustworthy product" by the general equipment department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army.
On November 18, Yatai Group was rated as "top 100 private enterprises in Shandong province in 30 years after China’s reform and opening-up". Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yatai Group Yang Dongtang was rated as an outstanding entrepreneur and recorded a second class merit once.
On November 20, kingdee K3ERP software entered a trial operation stage. Self-developed terminal product portfolio selection, quota management program system software were put into use.
On December 18, Yatai Group technology center was identified as a provincial enterprise technology center.

Year 2009
On February 6, Yatai Group was elected as the vice President of the Shandong refrigeration society; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yatai Group Yang Dongtang was employed as the vice chairman of the fifth council.
On Feb.10, China Refrigeration published Yatai engineering paper "application of water source heat pump air conditioning system in the exhibition center in Inner Mongolia" in its second issue in 2009.
On March 16, Yatai won the “best credit and trustworthy customer in Shandong province”.
On April 18, Yatai was awarded the “electromechanical equipment installation engineering professional contracting grade A qualification”.
On April 30,Yatai won the title of "Dezhou city harmonious labor relations enterprise" title.
On May 26, the national standard of "modular air conditioning units" of which Yatai was participated in the drafting was finalized and officially implemented on June 1.

On June 20, SRBLG510 water source heat pump unit and YJHF25N air cooled engine room-used air conditioner were awarded the second prize of technologically innovative products in Shandong province. The FP-102LM vertical type visibly mounted fan coil won third prize.
On July 18, Yatai signed an agreement with Tianqu industrial park to return all the land (122.4 mu) of the former Yatai factory to the government for other use.

On February 3, "water cut-off protector for air conditioning units which use water as heat exchange medium" was granted "national invention patent".

From April 7 to 9, the company launched the variable frequency ground source heat pump unit and dual energy unit at the 21st China (Beijing) international refrigeration exhibition, and won the honorary title of "outstanding exhibitor".
On April 23, the founding conference of “Yatai Group employee love foundation” was held. The first love fund raised donations of more than16000 yuan.

On June 11, 19 containers carrying 75000m3/h combination air conditioning units successfully arrived at Pusen tobacco factory in Iran. This batch of equipment is specially designed and manufactured by Yatai Group for its extremely low local latitude, hot and dry climate, demanding temperature and humidity requirements for tobacco storage, etc., which has won high praise from users.
On August 15, the trial production of the new product "nanometer light hydrogen ion purification fan coil" was successfully completed, which marked that the terminal products produced by our company had made a breakthrough in the high-end market.

On January 10, Yatai was awarded the title of "the first (set) technology equipment enterprise in Shandong province in 2010".
On April 16, Yatai won the medal of "2010 advanced unit of construction enterprise in Beijing" issued by Shandong province construction engineering administration.
On April 25, "Yatai central air conditioning energy conservation, environmental protection, low-carbon 10000 li trip" was officially launched. After a brief launch ceremony, the Yatai central air conditioning 3D experience car slowly drove out of the factory gate.
On June 30, energy recovery nanometer light hydrogen ion purification air conditioning unit and low temperature strong hot air cooling modular unit won the first prize of enterprise technological innovation of Shandong province in 2010.
On October 22, five products won the title of "science and technology progress award for small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong province". Among them: water source heat pump unit won the second prize; low temperature strong hot air cooling modular unit and other three categories won the third prize.

From April 11 to 13, the falling film type central air conditioning unit was launched in China (Beijing) international refrigeration exhibition.
On April 25, the company was awarded the honorary medal of "advanced enterprise of construction in Beijing of Shandong province" by Shandong provincial administration of construction engineering.
On October 18,we started building comprehensive business building with a building area of 3600 ㎡.
On November 6, Yatai signed a land requisition contract with the management committee of Dezhou economic development zone (east area of the project). The land requisition area is 200 mu.
On November 10, Yatai Group was promoted to a three-star Chinese patent superstar enterprise in Shandong province.
On Nov. 20th, Shandong Chuangyuan Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered and founded.

On March 29, the foundation stone laying ceremony of Shandong Chuangyuan Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. was held in Dezhou economic development zone (east part of the project).
Afpro Eaf Company’s "nuclear new energy nuclear grade filtration, iodine adsorption project" in Dezhou economic development zone (east part of the project) started construction.
On April 26, Anhui office was established.
On June 16, Sichuan office was established.
On June 26, Gansu office was established.
On July 20, the purification combination air conditioning unit passed the test of the national test center.
On August 7, "a dedicated quick-install medium pressure connector" was granted the"national invention patent".
